Just beginning of this year a professional I follow on Strava posted his charity. He gathers used parts – combines them to finished bikes and together with a friend of his (who does a lot of extreme bike tours) donates them to Africa. When picking up the garage for the bike project I stumbled across a few things I won’t need anymore. So I wrote to them if they could use some of my old bike parts.
They can. Soon a road bike frame will arrive – maybe my old parts will help more this way than using up space in my garage. I’ll send out the package some time this week.
